Jon McKesson, Chairman, and Lynn Erickson, President, are the company owners. Jon is a third-generation owner and has been here since 1977 His expertise is one of our greatest assets. Few people in the title industry can match his knowledge of legal descriptions, liens, bankruptcies and other title issues. Lynn has been with McKesson Title since 1978. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of the closing process, and specializes in 1031 tax exchanges, commercial projects and construction loans.
Jean Mayer and Cheryl Knizner are available to help you with title commitments and policies. Jean has 32 years of experience in the title industry, and is able to help with virtually any question you might have. Cheryl is responsible for the maintenance of records and final policies. Both Jean and Cheryl are available for your orders and title processing.
Connie McKesson, is here to handle all your processing and closing needs. Connie grew up knowing the title business. With two closers available, McKesson Title is able to honor most requests for times or specific closers. Feel free to talk with any of our closers about your processing or closing needs. Amanda McKesson recently completed her business degree in finance from Indiana University. She is now our full-time finance officer. Any billing questions or problems should be directed towards her.
