McKESSON TITLE CORP. CLOSINGS ARE FULLY INSURED
- PROCESSING:
Includes ordering, receipt and follow-up on inspections and surveys; escrow and disbursement of earnest money or other funds; tax assessments and splits; payoffs; scheduling of closings.
- MOBILE CLOSINGS:
Closings are scheduled for the convenience of our customers, and locations away from our office can be arranged upon request; after hours and weekend closings are also available.
- PAYOFFS:
Payoffs to most local lenders are made in person in order to minimize extra interest accrual and courier fees; other payoffs are sent via express mail or certified mail.
- RECORDING OF DOCUMENTS:
All necessary documents are reviewed and properly recorded.
