DEPOSITS
A deposit is due with your reservation to confirm your space. For the deposit amount, please refer to the tour you are signing-up for.

FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment on ALL tours is due one month prior to departure - unless otherwise specified. This information will be on your down payment receipt.

FINAL Tour RulesRMATION AND DOCUMENTS
Approximately one week prior to departure, you will be notified of the departure time and location, hotel names, addresses and phone numbers, and other specific information for that tour. Luggage tags need to be used to identify your luggage as part of the group.

CANCELLATIONS
ONE DAY TOURS: ALL cancellations on one day tours must be received in writing four weeks prior to departure and any cancellations of less than four weeks will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee plus any additional cost incurred on your behalf. Anyone failing to appear on the day of departure for any tour will forfeit the entire cost of the tour. EXTENDED TOUR CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations on tours must be received in writing. Any cancellation: (a) Over 90 days prior to departure will receive a full refund of American Dream Tour's share of the payment plus any funds that may be recovered from providers; (b) between 14 and 90 days prior to departure will be the same as (a) less an additional charge of $25.00; (c) less than 14 days prior to departure shall be charged the full tour price, less any credits that may be received by American Dream Tours as a result of the cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE: AIRLINES AND MAJOR PROVIDERS TYPICALLY DO NOT REFUND ANY FEES. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

PICK-UP POINTS
American Dream Tours will be using the following pick-up points: PLYMOUTH - MARTIN'S SUPERMARKET - 865 East Jefferson Street and SOUTH BEND - ERSKINE PLAZA (behind Fitness USA off Ireland Road between Martin's Supermarket and Menard’s near the Goodwill Collection Center - under the parking lot light).

American Dream Tours acts only as the agent for tour members in arranging restaurants, admissions, transportation, and sightseeing. American Dream Tours reserves the right at its sole discretion to make changes in the itinerary or change arrangements made by us for the tour.

American Dream Tours is not responsible for any loss or damages of personal property or for injuries, expenses, or damages whatsoever incurred, or claimed by tour members. American Dream tours reserves the right to cancel a tour at its discretion should it become necessary and all monies will be refunded; thus, releasing American Dream Tours, from any further obligations.
